Air Fryer Chicken Legs

Delicious and crispy air fryer chicken legs that are quick to prepare, juicy, and full of flavor.

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Decide whether to remove the chicken skin. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, baking powder, and onion powder.
  3. Drizzle the chicken drumsticks with olive oil and then sprinkle the flour mixture over the drumsticks, coating evenly.
  4. Place the coated drumsticks in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  5. Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip each drumstick and cook for another 10 minutes until browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
