A delightful and healthy smoothie combining almond, banana, and dates, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 large banana (frozen)
  • 23 large dates (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all your ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
