Almond Whipped Cream

A fluffy and flavorful whipped cream infused with almond, perfect for topping desserts and drinks.

Ingredients

  • ⅜ cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Grated almonds

Instructions

  1. Pour ⅜ cup of heavy cream into a high mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar to the cream.
  3. Use a hand mixer to whip the cream and sugar together until semi-stiff peaks form.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of grated almonds and whip until the mixture is firm and evenly mixed.
  5. Spoon the almond whipped cream into a pastry bag fitted with a star-shaped nozzle for piping.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Can be frozen in ice cube trays.
