Aloe Vera Morning Drink

A refreshing and simple drink to kickstart your morning, packed with hydration and skin-boosting benefits.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
  • 1 cup cold purified water
  • Squeeze of lemon or lime
  • Raw honey or agave (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scoop 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel into a glass.
  2. Pour about a cup of cold purified water over it.
  3. Squeeze in a bit of lemon or lime.
  4. If desired, add honey or agave for sweetness. Stir well.
  5. Drink slowly and savor the refreshing taste.
