Apple Cider Sparkle

Celebrate the season with an Apple Cider Sparkle mocktail! This fizzy, sweet drink combines apple cider & sparkling juice for a non-alcoholic champagne experience. Easy, elegant, and perfect for fall.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Corn syrup (for rim)
  • Sprinkles or sugar (for rim)
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • ½ cup sparkling white grape juice
  • Apple slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour corn syrup on a small plate and sprinkles/sugar on another. Dip the rim of the glass in corn syrup, then in sugar to coat evenly. Set aside.
  2. Carefully pour ½ cup apple cider into the glass, tilting the glass to preserve the rim.
  3. Slowly top with ½ cup sparkling white grape juice, pouring over the back of a spoon to preserve fizz and layer beautifully.
  4. Garnish with a thin apple slice on the rim or floating in the glass. Serve immediately while bubbly!

Notes

Chill all ingredients before assembling to keep the drink fizzy. Avoid stirring to preserve the bubbles. For a festive twist, try cinnamon sugar rims, pomegranate juice additions, or ginger beer substitutes.
