Apple Cranberry Mocktail Spritz

A refreshing, fizzy mocktail blending fresh apple flavor with tart cranberry and a hint of spice, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Sliced apples
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 3/4 oz spiced cranberry syrup
  • Non-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Wash and core an apple. Dice into small pieces.
  2. Place a few apple cubes and a small cinnamon stick in each compartment of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze until solid (4–6 hours).
  3. In a chilled glass, add 1 or 2 apple-cinnamon ice cubes.
  4. Pour in 2 oz apple cider.
  5. Add 3/4 oz spiced cranberry syrup. Start with 1/2 oz if you want fewer calories.
  6. Fill the glass about 3/4 of the way with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
  7. Top with a splash of sparkling water for more fizz and fewer calories.
  8. Stir gently once and garnish with a thin apple slice or a cinnamon stick.

Notes

Use unsweetened apple cider or dilute cider for a lighter option. For a diabetic-friendly drink, substitute with sugar-free syrup.
