Apple Mimosa Mocktail

A delightful, alcohol-free beverage combining apple cider and sparkling wine, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup non-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • Caramel cinnamon rim (optional)
  • Dried apple or cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour equal parts of non-alcoholic sparkling wine and apple cider into your glass, starting with 1/2 cup of apple cider.
  2. Gently add 1/2 cup of non-alcoholic sparkling wine to keep the bubbles intact.
  3. If desired, prepare the caramel cinnamon rim by pouring caramel sauce on a small plate and dipping the rim of the glass into it.
  4. Immediately dip the caramel-rimmed glass into a mix of cinnamon sugar (1/2 cup granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon powdered cinnamon).
  5. Garnish with a dried apple slice or a cinnamon stick for a beautiful touch.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; do not mix apple cider and sparkling wine ahead of time to maintain the bubbles.
