Ashwagandha Pistachio Latte

A calming latte made with ashwagandha and creamy pistachio milk, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bags Traditional Medicinals Stress Ease Calm tea
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½¾ cup pistachio milk
  • 12 tsp maple syrup
  • Ice
  • Crushed pistachios + ground cardamom for garnish
  • Optional: Pinch of matcha powder for added color

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags.
  2. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags, stir in maple syrup.
  4. Replace cover and place uncovered tea immediately into the refrigerator to chill.
  5. Once chilled, pour the tea over ice.
  6. Separately add a pinch of matcha powder to pistachio milk and froth with a milk frother.
  7. Pour pistachio milk mixture over iced tea.
  8. Garnish with crushed pistachios and a pinch of cardamom.

Notes

This latte is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to two days in the refrigerator.
