Aurora Glow Christmas Cocoa

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring: pink, purple, and blue

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium heat until steaming (do not boil). Add the white chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Separate the cocoa into three bowls. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one bowl, purple to the second, and blue to the third. Stir each until evenly colored.
  3. Carefully pour the pink cocoa into a transparent mug or glass as the base layer. Gently pour the purple cocoa over the back of a spoon to create the second layer. Repeat with the blue cocoa for the final layer.
