Bacon with Biscuits and Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

A delightful breakfast featuring crispy bacon, fluffy biscuits, and creamy, cheesy scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • Bacon slices
  • Flour
  • Biscuits (store-bought or homemade)
  • Eggs
  • Shredded cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a zip-lock bag, add flour and bacon slices. Seal and shake well to coat.
  3. Place coated bacon on a lined baking sheet and shake off excess flour.
  4. Bake bacon for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Prepare biscuits as per package instructions or bake homemade biscuits.
  6. In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
  7. Pour eggs into the skillet and scramble.
  8. Add shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to taste as eggs cook. Stir until cheese melts and eggs are fluffy.
  9. Serve crispy bacon with hot biscuits and cheesy scrambled eggs.

Notes

For serving, you can top biscuits with butter or gravy for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
