Banana Berry Buttermilk Popsicles

These Banana, Berry, and Buttermilk Popsicles are creamy, tangy, and perfectly refreshing. Naturally sweetened and made with real fruit and cultured buttermilk, they’re the ideal healthy summer snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or mixed)
  • ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional: Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add buttermilk, banana, berries, and sweetener to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, tapping gently to release air bubbles.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.
  5. To serve, run warm water over molds to release popsicles and enjoy!

Notes

Popsicles will keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Use ripe bananas for added sweetness and creaminess. Any leftover mixture can be frozen into ice cubes for smoothies.
