Batty Apple Punch

A delightful fall-inspired mocktail that combines apple juice and pumpkin purée with a zesty kick from lime juice and nutty flavor from almond syrup, garnished with fresh mint and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons almond syrup (orgeat)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the apple juice and pumpkin purée together until smooth.
  2. Add the lime juice and almond syrup, then blend until well combined.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the blended mixture; shake for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass to remove ice shards.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake well before serving.
