A nutrient-packed mini health shot made from fresh beets, apples, and ginger, perfect for a daily energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 apple, cored and sliced (preferably green or red)
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Optional: A squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients: the beet, apple, ginger, and water.
  2. Add the beet, apple, ginger, and water to a blender or juicer.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. If using a blender, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
  5. Pour the juice into small shot glasses.
  6. Optional: Add a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness and flavor.
  7. Enjoy your wellness shot fresh!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh and chilled. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
