Berberine Lemonade Cleanse

A refreshing drink combining lemon, berberine, and apple cider vinegar to support digestion and manage cravings.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp berberine powder or capsule (opened)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemon into a small bowl or glass.
  2. If using berberine capsules, open one and add the powder to the lemon juice.
  3. Add the apple cider vinegar to the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle in a dash of cayenne pepper.
  5. Pour in the raw honey.
  6. Add the warm water and stir until combined.
  7. Sip slowly to enjoy the flavors.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
