Berry-Banana Cauliflower Smoothie

A deliciously creamy smoothie that blends berries, banana, and sneaky cauliflower for added nutrition without sacrificing taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 handful frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon nut butter or honey

Instructions

  1. Place the banana in the bottom of a blender.
  2. Add the mixed berries and frozen cauliflower florets.
  3. Pour in the milk.
  4. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes
