Blackberry Sage Bliss

A delightful drink combining refreshing blackberries and aromatic sage, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp blackberry purée
  • 1 tsp sage syrup
  • 1 chai tea bag

Instructions

  1. Brew the Chai: Boil water and pour it over the chai tea bag in a cup. Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in the Blackberry and Sage: In a bowl, stir the coconut milk with blackberry purée and sage syrup until combined.
  3. Froth the Mixture: Use a frother or whisk to froth the coconut milk mixture until light and airy.
  4. Combine: Remove the chai tea bag and pour the frothy coconut mixture into the brewed chai, stirring gently.
  5. Garnish: Add fresh blackberries or a sprig of sage on top for garnish.
