Blizzard Christmas Cocoa

A cozy and magical drink with creamy white chocolate and refreshing peppermint, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 12 drops blue food coloring (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Blue sugar crystals or edible glitter (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until hot but not boiling.
  2. Stir in the white chocolate chips and whisk until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the peppermint extract and a drop or two of blue food coloring, adjusting to get your desired shade of frosty blue.
  4. Pour the cocoa into a mug, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with blue sugar crystals or edible glitter to complete the icy look.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days; reheat before serving. Freezing is not recommended.
