Bloody Halloween Milkshakes

  • 170 grams (3/4 cup) milk
  • Red gel food coloring
  • 113 grams (1/2 cup) heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream and sugar. Whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (3-5 minutes). Set aside.
  2. In a blender, add the vanilla ice cream, milk, and red gel food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Prepare serving glasses by drizzling red gel food coloring along the inside edges.
  4. Pour the milkshake mixture into the glasses. Top with whipped cream and additional food coloring for effect.
  5. Garnish with small candy eyes or other spooky decorations, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
