Blue Frost Winter Cocoa

A delightful drink combining sweet white chocolate with a hint of peppermint, perfect for cozy winter moments.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 drops blue food coloring
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peppermint candies (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling. Stir occasionally.
  2. Add the white chocolate chips to the warm milk, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the peppermint and vanilla extracts for flavor.
  4. Add blue food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
  5. Pour the blue cocoa into mugs.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies, if desired.

Notes

This cocoa can be customized by adjusting the peppermint or adding toppings like mini marshmallows. Best enjoyed fresh!
