Blue and Green Tea Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie that combines blueberries, bananas, and spinach with the soothing properties of green tea, perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost.

  • 2 cups decaffeinated green tea, steeped and chilled
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 bananas (frozen preferred)
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 teaspoons spirulina powder
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the green tea by steeping it in hot water. Allow it to cool down, then chill it in the refrigerator.
  2. In a blender, add the chilled green tea, frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, chopped spinach, spirulina powder, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Make sure there are no chunks left.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Serve immediately for the best flavor and freshness. Garnish with fresh blueberries or a spinach leaf if desired.
