Blue Hawaii Mocktail

A vibrant, refreshing mocktail that brings a taste of the tropics with its blend of fruity flavors, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce blue curacao syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut water (no sugar added)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk or cream of coconut
  • 1 ounce non-alcoholic rum (optional)
  • Extra fruit and/or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Shaker: Add blue curacao syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, coconut milk, and non-alcoholic rum (if using) into the cocktail shaker.
  2. Add Ice: Fill the shaker with 3 to 4 ice cubes.
  3. Shake it Up: Close the shaker and shake vigorously for around 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the Mixture: Pour the mixture over fresh ice in your serving glass using a strainer.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with extra fruit and/or edible flowers. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best served cold and immediately after mixing for optimal flavor. Can be customized with additional fruit juices or garnishes.
