Blueberry Basil Latte

A delightful drink combining the sweetness of blueberries with the refreshing flavor of basil, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp blueberry purée
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tsp basil syrup
  • Basil leaf for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the coconut milk and blueberry purée together until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a small pot and heat over medium heat until warm.
  3. Add the shot of espresso and basil syrup, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour into a mug and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.

Notes

Serve hot or warm, and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
