Blueberry Coconut Latte

A creamy, fruity coffee twist that feels like a mini tropical getaway. This Blueberry Coconut Latte is dairy-free and perfect for cozy mornings or as a refreshing iced drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
  • ½ cup coconut milk, steamed
  • 1 tbsp blueberry syrup or blueberry purée
  • Optional sweetener, to taste (maple syrup, honey, or agave)

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee: Pull one espresso shot or brew ½ cup of strong coffee. Set aside.
  2. Steam the coconut milk: Gently steam or heat the coconut milk until warm and lightly frothy.
  3. Flavor it: Stir the blueberry syrup or purée into the warm coconut milk.
  4. Combine & enjoy: Pour the fruity coconut milk over the espresso. Sweeten to taste and sip!

Notes

Full-fat coconut milk gives the creamiest texture. Can be served hot or iced.
