blueberry cream popsicles

These Blueberry Cream Pops are creamy, tangy, and antioxidant-rich. Made with just three simple ingredients, they’re a fun, refreshing snack for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed slightly)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or cream
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend the blueberries into a smooth puree or mash lightly for a chunkier texture.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt or cream with honey or maple syrup. Add a splash of milk if needed to loosen the mixture.
  3. Layer blueberry puree and yogurt into popsicle molds. Swirl with a skewer or knife for a marbled effect.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.
  5. To release, run molds under warm water for 15 seconds and gently pull out. Serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

Customize with lemon zest, chia seeds, or other berries. For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or cream. Kids love helping with the swirling!
