This delightful Blueberry Lavender Coconut Nice-Cream combines the lively flavors of blueberries with the soothing essence of lavender in a creamy coconut base.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, chunks
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chilled coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp lavender honey or syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen banana chunks in the blender or food processor.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries to the blender.
  3. Pour in the chilled coconut cream.
  4. Add the lavender honey or syrup and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  6. Scoop the nice-cream into bowls.
  7. Top each bowl with toasted coconut flakes.

Notes
