Blueberry Lavender Fog

A delightful drink that combines the sweet flavor of blueberries with the calming scent of lavender, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberry tea or purée
  • 1/4 tsp dried lavender
  • 1/2 cup steamed almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla or lavender syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Blueberry Mixture: Boil water in a teapot or saucepan. Steep blueberry tea or purée with dried lavender for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Strain the Mixture: Carefully strain into a bowl or cup to remove lavender and blueberry bits.
  3. Steam the Almond Milk: Use a milk frother or shake almond milk in a jar until foamy.
  4. Combine the Ingredients: Pour strained mixture into a glass and swirl in steamed almond milk.
  5. Add Sweetness: Drizzle in vanilla or lavender syrup and stir gently.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Sip warm or chilled, garnished with dried lavender or fresh blueberries.
