A refreshing, antioxidant-packed iced tea made with green tea, juicy blueberries, and fresh mint for a vibrant and hydrating summer drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 green tea bags (or 4 teaspoons loose green tea)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1012 fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices
  • Blueberry skewers (optional, for garnish)
  • Mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water and pour over the green tea bags. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries, honey, and mint leaves. Lightly mash the blueberries to release their juices and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture.
  3. Fill a pitcher with ice cubes, then add the cooled green tea and the strained blueberry-mint infusion. Stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices, blueberry skewers, and mint sprigs. Serve over ice and enjoy.
