Blueberry Mocktail

A refreshing and fruity Blueberry Mocktail that combines blueberries, mint, and lime for a delightful non-alcoholic drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1015 blueberries
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime (or lime juice)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered monkfruit sweetener or sugar
  • 1 cup soda water, lime sparkling water, or kombucha
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic rum (optional)

Instructions

  1. Muddle the Blueberries: Start by adding the blueberries to your glass. Use a muddler or a fork to muddle the blueberries until they burst and the juices come out.
  2. Add Lime and Sweetener: Cut half of the lime and squeeze the juice into the glass. Add the sweetener and ensure it dissolves well.
  3. Add Mint: Smack the mint leaves in your hands to release the oils, then add them to the glass.
  4. Add Ice and Mixer: Fill the glass with ice, and pour in your choice of mixer, like soda water or kombucha. If using non-alcoholic rum, add it now.
  5. Stir and Garnish: Stir the drink gently with a spoon to mix the flavors. Garnish with whole blueberries or a sprig of mint.

Notes
