Fenugreek Water for Metabolism

A simple and effective drink to boost metabolism and support digestion with fenugreek seeds and water.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (whole)
  • 1 cup water (filtered or tap)

Instructions

  1. Scoop a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds into a glass or a small jar.
  2. Pour in a cup of water—cold or room temperature.
  3. Cover it and let it sit overnight (7-8 hours).
  4. In the morning, swirl it and strain out the seeds.
  5. Sip slowly, preferably before breakfast.

Notes

You can add a splash of lemon or a pinch of honey for extra flavor. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
