  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, bourbon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Once combined, form the mixture into meatballs of even size and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve the meatballs in sub rolls with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
