Brown Butter Vanilla Latte

A delicious twist on the traditional latte, featuring the rich, nutty flavor of brown butter and the sweetness of vanilla, perfect for coffee lovers.

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 cup milk (any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the butter over low heat, stirring frequently until golden brown.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Brew a shot of espresso in your coffee maker or espresso machine and pour it into a mug.
  4. Gently heat the milk in the saucepan and froth if desired.
  5. Combine the frothed milk with the espresso and mix in the brown butter mixture.
