Brown Butter Vanilla Snow

A delightful drink combining brown butter, vanilla, and espresso for a cozy experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 tsp brown butter
  • Seeds from 1 vanilla bean

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add whole milk, brown butter, and vanilla bean seeds. Gently heat until warm but do not boil.
  2. Prepare your shot of espresso.
  3. Remove the milk mixture from heat and add the espresso, stirring gently.
  4. Use a whisk or frother to froth the mixture until light and airy.
  5. Drizzle more brown butter on top, pour into a cup, and enjoy.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; can store leftovers in the fridge for up to a day.
