A delightful drink combining rich espresso flavors with brown sugar sweetness and aromatic cinnamon, topped with frothy milk foam.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 shot espresso
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Frothy milk foam

Instructions

  1. Brew one shot of espresso using your espresso machine or stovetop maker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the hot espresso into your cup and mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Heat the milk in a saucepan or use a steam wand until it’s hot but not boiling.
  5. Froth the milk using a frother or by whisking it vigorously.
  6. Slowly pour the hot, steamed milk into the cup with espresso, allowing some space for the foam.
  7. Top generously with frothy milk foam and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish, if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Leftover espresso can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Frothy milk does not freeze well.
