Bunny Pancakes

Fun and healthy bunny pancakes to brighten up your morning. These pancakes are customizable and perfect for a light breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pancake batter
  • 1 strawberry
  • 4 blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • Edible marker or chocolate syrup
  • Pancake syrup (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pancake batter by mixing your chosen pancake mix as directed to make about 1/3 cup of batter.
  2. Cook the pancake on a heated pan, pouring a large round circle of batter to form the bunny’s face.
  3. Plate the pancake carefully on a flat plate.
  4. Create the bunny’s muzzle with a round slice of banana and cut the remaining banana to form the ears on top.
  5. Make the bunny’s bowtie by halving a strawberry and adding a blueberry in the center.
  6. Add two blueberries for eyes and a blueberry on the banana slice for the nose.
  7. Draw the mouth using an edible marker or chocolate syrup.
  8. Serve with pancake syrup and/or whipped cream.

Notes

Pair with fresh fruit or Greek yogurt for added nutrition. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
