Butterfly-Pea Lavender Silk Latte

A delightful and visually stunning latte made with butterfly pea flower tea and frothed oat milk, infused with lavender for a calming experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk, steamed & foamed
  • 1/4 cup strong butterfly-pea flower tea
  • 1 Tbsp lavender honey (or lavender syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut cream
  • Pinch vanilla powder
  • Dried lavender buds

Instructions

  1. Brew the butterfly-pea flower tea by steeping it in hot water for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Blend oat milk, coconut cream, vanilla powder, and lavender honey until smooth.
  3. Froth the blended oat milk until velvety and frothy.
  4. Pour the hot butterfly-pea tea into a glass mug.
  5. Slowly pour the frothy lavender oat milk over the tea and watch the color change.
  6. Garnish with a pinch of dried lavender buds.
  7. Inhale the aroma and enjoy your latte.

Notes

Serve warm in a clear glass mug to showcase the colors. Pairs well with light snacks or sweet pastries.
