Butterfly Pea Vanilla Zen Latte

A visually stunning and refreshing latte that combines butterfly pea flower tea, creamy cashew milk, sweet vanilla, and a hint of lemon.

Ingredients

  • Cashew milk
  • Butterfly-pea flower tea concentrate
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Monk-fruit syrup
  • Fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare butterfly-pea flower tea concentrate by boiling water and steeping dried flowers or a pre-made tea concentrate for 5–10 minutes, then strain if needed.
  2. In a cup, combine cashew milk and butterfly-pea tea concentrate according to your preference.
  3. Add pure vanilla extract and monk-fruit syrup, stirring well to mix.
  4. Add a splash of fresh lemon juice and watch the color change.
  5. Stir gently and enjoy your drink.

Notes

Serve chilled or over ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon or edible flowers for an added touch.
