Calming Peach & Chamomile Iced Tea Popsicles

Refreshing and soothing popsicles made with chamomile tea and ripe peaches that are perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 chamomile tea bags (caffeine-free)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 23 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced (frozen slices work okay)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or agave
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Ice cube tray or popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Optional: sliced strawberries or fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Steep chamomile tea bags in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Blend the peaches until smooth.
  3. Mix the chamomile tea, peach puree, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, adding optional strawberries or mint.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight (or at least 6 hours).
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds.

Notes

Experiment with different fruits or sweeteners to customize your popsicles.
