Campfire Mocha

A sweet and cozy drink that combines creamy chocolate coffee with toasted marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 shot espresso (or 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • Marshmallows (regular or mini)
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • A pinch of smoked sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a small pot until steaming, but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar until well combined.
  3. Brew one shot of espresso or 1/3 cup of strong coffee.
  4. Pour the coffee into a mug and stir in the chocolate mixture.
  5. Top with marshmallows.
  6. Toast marshmallows using a kitchen torch or broiler.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over marshmallows and sprinkle with smoked sea salt.
  8. Enjoy your Campfire Mocha warm.

Notes

Serve with cookies or pastries, and set up a toppings bar for gatherings.
