Candy Cane Pistachio Latte

A festive and indulgent latte made with pistachio milk, espresso, and white chocolate syrup, topped with whipped cream and crushed candy cane.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachio milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 crushed candy cane
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the pistachio milk into a small saucepan and heat it on low to medium until warm, but do not boil.
  2. Whisk or froth the milk until it’s nice and frothy.
  3. In a separate glass, combine the espresso shot with the white chocolate syrup and stir well.
  4. Pour the steamed pistachio milk into the espresso mixture and stir until blended.
  5. Spoon whipped cream on top of your latte.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed candy cane on top of the whipped cream for garnish.

Notes

Serve warm and enjoy immediately. Pairs well with cookies, brownies, or chocolate cake.
