Candy Corn Cheesecake

A fun and festive dessert perfect for Halloween, combining candy corn flavors with creamy cheesecake.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Yellow and orange food coloring
  • Candy corn and chocolate sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs (or chocolate cookie crumbs) with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Divide the batter into three bowls; color one yellow and another orange with food coloring.
  7. Layer the batters in the pan: plain, then orange, then yellow.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool completely at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Decorate with candy corn and chocolate sprinkles before serving.
  11. Slice and serve with optional chocolate sauce or whipped cream.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, consider adding chocolate or pumpkin layers. Use fresh ingredients for best texture.
