Candy Corn Punch Mocktail

A fun and festive non-alcoholic drink capturing the essence of candy corn, perfect for Halloween parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup water (for candy corn syrup)
  • 2 cups orange soda or orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda (e.g., Sprite)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Ice (as needed)
  • Candy corn (extra, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the candy corn and 1/2 cup of water. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until the candy melts and forms a syrup. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. Fill each tall glass halfway with ice.
  3. Add about 1½ tablespoons of the candy corn syrup to the bottom of each glass.
  4. Slowly pour in the orange soda or orange juice, filling the glass just under halfway.
  5. Gently layer the pineapple juice over the back of a spoon to create a clean layer above the orange soda or juice.
  6. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda for the lightest layer.
  7. Add a swirl of whipped cream on top.
  8. Garnish with a few pieces of candy corn.

Notes

Best served fresh to enjoy the distinct layers. Store candy corn syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
