Cantaloupe Melon Juice

A refreshing and healthy cantaloupe melon juice that’s perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Choose a ripe cantaloupe and wash it thoroughly.
  2. Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Scoop out the flesh and place it into a blender (about 3 to 4 cups).
  4. Add 2 cups of water to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth (about 30 seconds to 1 minute).
  5. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a mixing bowl.
  6. Pour the strained juice into a pitcher or bottle for serving.

Notes

For a fun variation, try adding fresh mint, citrus juice, or ginger.
