Caramel Apple Chai Spritz

A refreshing drink that combines warm flavors of chai with sweet caramel and apple, perfect for cozy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup chai concentrate
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Begin by drizzling some caramel sauce around the rim of your glasses.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, pour in equal parts of apple cider and chai concentrate, and add a splash of lemon juice.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid.
  4. Shake the mixture well until chilled.
  5. Using a strainer, pour the drink into your caramel-rimmed glasses.
  6. Add sparkling water to each glass and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a slice of apple or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best taste and fizz. Can be made in advance but add sparkling water just before serving.
