Caramel Pear Christmas Latte

A delightful drink blending sweet caramel and fresh pear flavors, perfect for cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/3 cup pear puree
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pear Puree: Peel and chop ripe pears, then blend them until smooth.
  2. Steam the Mixture: Combine oat milk and pear puree in a steaming pitcher, froth until warm and creamy.
  3. Add the Espresso: Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into a serving mug.
  4. Mix with the Steamed Milk: Slowly add the steamed oat milk and pear mixture to the espresso and stir gently.
  5. Sweeten with Caramel: Drizzle caramel syrup into the drink and stir gently to blend.
  6. Garnish: Top with sliced pear and drizzle extra caramel syrup over it.
  7. Serve Hot: Enjoy while warm.

Notes

This latte is best enjoyed fresh and can be topped with whipped cream or cinnamon for extra flavor. Can store the mixture without espresso for up to 2 days.
