Cheesy Bean Dip

A delightful creamy dip combining refried beans, cream cheese, and cheddar, perfect for parties or cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the salsa.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

This dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. It also freezes well for up to 3 months.
