Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Savory chicken and melted cheese wrapped in delicious tortillas, perfect for lunch, dinner, or as a snack.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until combined.
  2. Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out. Top each with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes, adding chopped parsley if desired.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, placing them seam-side down.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the wraps seam-side down, cooking for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice each wrap in half and serve warm.
