Cheesy Garlic Pizza Pinwheels

Gooey and cheesy snacks bursting with garlic flavor, perfect for parties and game days, or a comforting night at home.

  • 1 package Pizza Dough
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  4. Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella over the seasoned dough (optional: add pepperoni).
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a cylinder and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Arrange pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving, ideally with marinara sauce.

Notes

These pinwheels are best served warm and with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
