Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread Rolls

Delicious, warm cheesy bites stuffed with mozzarella and brushed with garlic butter, perfect for sharing at parties or enjoying as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
  • Salt to taste
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the bread dough on a clean surface and cut into 2×2 inch pieces.
  3. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece.
  4. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal.
  5. Melt the butter over low heat, add minced garlic and dried herbs, season with salt, and stir gently.
  6. Brush the garlic herb butter onto the stuffed rolls.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

These rolls can also be frozen! Store unbaked rolls in a freezer-safe bag and bake directly from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the time.
