Cherry-Rose Pistachio Latte

A dreamy pink latte that blends cherry syrup, pistachio milk, and a hint of rose water into a romantic, nutty-floral beverage perfect for special moments or everyday elegance.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup chilled pistachio milk (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup strong cold-brew coffee (or 1 espresso shot, cooled)
  • 2 tablespoons cherry syrup
  • ½ teaspoon rose water
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: crushed pistachios and dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Drizzle cherry syrup along the inside of a tall latte glass.
  2. Add rose water to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the cold brew coffee.
  5. Slowly pour the pistachio milk over the back of a spoon to create layers.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and dried rose petals.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw to mix the layers as you sip.

Notes
