Cherry-Rose Pistachio Latte

A vibrant and refreshing latte featuring pistachio milk, cherry syrup, and floral rose water, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chilled pistachio milk (or any plant milk)
  • 1/4 cup strong cold-brew coffee (or 1 espresso shot, cooled)
  • 2 Tbsp cherry syrup
  • 1/2 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp agave (optional, to taste)
  • Ice
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Drizzle cherry syrup and rose water into a tall latte glass, creating a fun design.
  2. Add a scoop of ice to the glass.
  3. Pour in the cold brew coffee gently to keep the layers separate.
  4. Top with foamy pistachio milk to create a beautiful pink swirl.
  5. Sprinkle crushed pistachios and dried rose petals on top for decoration.
